How can I pay

Payment can be made by one of the payment methods as indicated during the ordering process. After placing an order, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation stating the total costs, including shipping costs. Payment is always made in full in advance. Payment is possible by:

All sizes shown for sale are in the US size measurement which is the closest equivalent to Australian unofficial size measurements. Our size guides on individual product pages also show European and UK equivalent sizes:

Shoe sizes can vary between brands and shoe styles, particularly toe and upper shapes that may affect the general fit. In addition, there are several sizing systems used globally which can cause a little confusion. For this reason we encourage you to look at the individual style’s Size Guide as provided in the product information area on all product shopping pages prior to purchasing. Use the measurements together with the below guide to determine the best possible fit. We would hate to send you holsters that are the incorrect size for you!

How to care for your holsters

Our fashion-forward footwear appreciate a little TLC. Use warm water, mild soap and/or a soft cloth to clean them. Ensure all jewels, diamontes and/or embellishments are properly dried.

Our espadrilles and padded insole shoes are not suitable for this approach, so need to be spot cleaned. Please do not use harsh chemicals on any of our shoes! They prefer being kept in the shade to ensure the colours remain vibrant.

Sneakers can be spot cleaned using mild soap and water – take extra care to not use harsh chemicals on uppers. To keep white outsoles fresh and bright, we recommend using white toothpaste or Gumption paste - a uniquely Australian multi-purpose cleaning product.

Our flats and wedges can be cleaned with mild soap and water, making them the lowest maintenance footwear around!

What is EVA?

EVA is an elastomeric (naturally stretchy) polymer that produces materials which are "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. EVA stands for a plastic which is made by mixing ethylene and vinyl acetate. Featuring millions of tiny air bubbles, so soft and light, you'll feel like you're walking on cloud nine. Durable, shock-absorbent EVA foam-injection, 100% waterproof footwear.

Will My Feet Sweat and Smell in EVA or Jelly Shoes?

This is entirely dependent on climate. If you are lucky enough to live somewhere hot and humid, there is a chance your feet may feel damp when you walk from an air-conditioned environment to go outside. This is similar to sunglasses fogging when entering humid surrounds, but it quickly passes. We have not received any feedback about smelly feet!

Surely wearing PVC isn't very comfortable?

We receive a large amount of feedback from global customers regarding the amazing comfort they feel wearing their holster jelly shoes. A common design feature of our flat shoes is the slight arch, horseshoe sole and underheel air pocket. This is far more supportive than a completely flat design (for example, a thong). For those who prefer a non-arched sole, we offer/recommend padded insoles to ensure you're still as comfortable as possible.

Why are my shoes a different shade of colour to what I see online?

The digital images we display have the most accurate colour possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and settings, we cannot be responsible for variations in colour between your screen and the actual product.

How can I stretch the front strap of the Cloud Nine sandals if they are too tight over my toes?

If the front strap of your Cloudnine sandals is too tight over your toes, it can be gently pulled and stretched. This adjustment helped similar situations and should make the sandals more comfortable for extended wear.

Do Your Shoes Have Arch Support?

Our shoe features vary by style. Please check the description on the product page. This will list whether the style features arch support. See the below article for more information on our podiatrist-approved slides. Some slide styles that feature podiatry features include Sundreamer, Coastal, Laze and Solace.

Through which courier service do we deliver?

Orders are delivered by DHL. You can track the shipment via the track&trace code – you will receive this by e-mail as soon as the order has left our warehouse.

Within what time frame will my order be shipped?

If you order before 1pm on a working day, you will usually receive your parcel via our carrier within 2 working days. No orders are processed on weekends and public holidays. Did you not receive your parcel? Check the status of the shipment via the track&trace code of the parcel, or contact us. We will be happy to help you! For a shipment outside Belgium and the Netherlands, it will take two to five working days to deliver the package.

What if my parcel is delivered while I am not at home?

DHL will deliver your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will take the parcel back and leave a note in your letterbox. Your parcel can be collected from a DHL service point; you will find more instructions on the note. Check out your options on the DHL website: https://www.dhlecommerce.be/en/consumer/missed-delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Returns from UK

You have 30 days to try on, review and return the items to us. Not satisfied with your ordered items or they don't fit? From UK, you can return to us in the following way: The return package must contain the following items: The items you wish to return (unworn and in original condition & packaging), The return form, fully completed, A copy of the shipping note. The return address must be clearly visible on the outside of the box, you can use the return label provided for this purpose. In Belgium your parcel must be delivered to a DHL Service Point. We ask a contribution of € 5.95 to the return costs. This € 5.95 will be deducted from the refund of the returned goods. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.

Returns from European countries

You have 30 days to try on and review items. Not satisfied with your ordered items or they don't fit? You can return to us in the following way: The return package must contain the following items: The items you wish to return (unworn and in original condition & packaging), The return form, fully completed, A copy of the shipping note. Stick the return label provided on the shipping box or bag; min package size should be 14 cm by 9 cm. Never stick the return label on the packaging of the ordered items. You must hand in your parcel at one of the DHL Pickup parcel shops. We ask a contribution of € 5.95 for the return costs. This €5.95 will be deducted from the refund of the returned items. Please note: We cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.

How should I package my return shipment?

Pack the item in an extra outer box or bag so that the product's original packaging remains undamaged. If the item is returned damaged, you will lose the right to a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please try on shoes indoors on a clean surface only. We only accept items without wear marks and in the original box or packaging, which has not been used as a shipping box. Please do not write, apply tape or stickers to the original box and packaging. Do not forget to return the labels or accompanying accessories. We would ask you not to store items in smoky rooms or near pets. Items that no longer smell fresh or look tidy can no longer be offered to our customers.

How long do I have to view the articles?

All your purchases are subject to a 30-day trial period. During this period, you can view and try on the products delivered. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please try on shoes indoors on a clean surface only. We only accept shoes without wear marks and in the original box or packaging, which has not been used as a shipping box. Please do not write, apply tape or stickers on the original box and packaging. We would ask you not to store our items in smoky rooms or near pets. Items that no longer smell fresh or do not look tidy, we can no longer offer them to our customers.

How are returned items refunded?

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with articles 6 to 8 of our general terms and conditions, as a consumer you have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of delivery. We at Holster Australia extend this right to 30 days. You can return the items you wish to revoke. Refunds are made within 30 days; we aim to refund within 14 days after proper receipt of your return items. As long as no proof of proper receipt is provided by the consumer, Holster Australia has the right to suspend the refund. After checking your return package, we will send you an e-mail for good receipt. We will then issue the order for a refund. The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the order.

How can I exchange an item?

Direct exchange of ordered items is unfortunately not possible. You can return the item and place a new order on the website for the desired size or model.

Customer Service

Discounts & sales

Items with a discount may always be returned. Items are always subject to the price and promotion stated for them at the time of ordering. You have had the opportunity to order items that may no longer be available on our website. It is often a matter of being at the right time and place. You are not entitled to a refund of the price difference, if shortly afterwards an already purchased product turns out to be discounted. Discounts cannot be accumulated and do not apply to already discounted items.

Are items in my wishlist or shopping cart reserved?

No, it is not possible to reserve items for a specific time. Products on the website remain available to everyone, even if you have placed them in your shopping cart or on your wish list. As a result, it may happen that an item disappears from your shopping cart or wish list while you are shopping because someone else just bought it at that moment.

Complaints & warranty

Complaint about an item or about your order? There is a different procedure for registering a complaint than for returns. We ask you to notify us of the complaint as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone or via our e-mail address: info@holsteraustralia.eu. In consultation with you, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. Our aim is to do this within 1 working week with a maximum of 14 days. If you notify us of your complaint by e-mail, please state the order number and your telephone number so that we can contact you. If it concerns damaged items, please provide us with some photos on which the damage can be clearly seen. Warranty: Have you purchased an item but it broke down in no time? Contact us as soon as possible! We would like to receive some photos on our e-mail address on which the fault or broken part can be clearly seen.

I have not received an order confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This may be blocked by your e-mail programme's spam filter. We recommend that you check the spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. Be sure to check your junk mail folder and add us to your contact list.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Did you order the wrong item, do you still want a different product, wish to cancel your order or provide a different address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Have your order number ready, we need it to help you.
