Our story

Holster was born on the beach.

In 2001, Ben Nothling and Natalie Miller started in Noosa, Australia, making jelly sandals and espadrilles. Not with a grand business plan, but with a simple conviction: shoes can be beautiful without harming anything or anyone. More than twenty years later, that idea has grown into a fully vegan footwear label for women and children, designed to be worn across every season.

Two people, one shared vision.

Ben handles the technical side of each design, working closely with manufacturers to guarantee quality and sustainability. Natalie, who grew up in Noosa and is a beach person at heart, is the creative driving force behind the distinctive styles, colours and patterns that define every collection. As parents, they are deeply aware of what they leave behind for future generations. That awareness is woven into every decision they make, from material choices to packaging.

Vegan, and truly meaning it.

Every design goes through a strict vegan production process. No animal materials, no compromises. The result: 100% vegan footwear, officially registered with the Vegan Society UK. Holster uses recycled materials for packaging wherever possible and continuously works to reduce the brand's ecological footprint.

Shoes that make sense.

Holster is not a fashion statement. It is a conscious choice for footwear that is good for your feet, fair to animals and respectful of the planet. Beauty and responsibility are not opposites, at Holster, they have been proving that for more than two decades.
